Refund & Cancellation Policy
At The Level Next, we value transparency and strive to deliver high-quality digital services including website development, marketplace management, and automation. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be requested.
1. Project-Based Services
For services like website development, marketplace setup, or one-time technical work:
Advance Payment: Most projects require an advance payment before work begins. This advance is non-refundable once the project is initiated.
Milestone Payments: If a project is divided into phases, each milestone is considered delivered once approved by the client. No refund will be issued for completed or approved stages.
Cancellation Before Work Starts: If a project is cancelled before any work has begun, we may issue a partial refund after deducting administrative or consultation fees.
2. Monthly or Retainer Services
For recurring services like monthly ads management, marketplace support, or technical maintenance:
Cancellation Notice: A minimum of 7 days’ written notice is required for cancellation of ongoing services. You may send cancellation requests to tech.thelevelnext@gmail.com.
Prorated Refunds: If cancellation is approved mid-cycle, we may issue a prorated refund for the unused portion of service, at our discretion.
No Refund will be provided for delays caused by:
Client-side communication gaps,
Incomplete documentation or access,
Failure to respond to revision or approval requests.
3. Service Limitations
We do not guarantee specific results, platform rankings, or business performance. Refunds will not be granted based on dissatisfaction with outcomes that are influenced by third-party platform behavior, algorithm changes, or market conditions.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Paid consultations or strategy calls once delivered
Custom design, code, or development work once initiated
Urgent or express services requested by the client
Delays due to third-party platforms (Shopify, Hostinger, Amazon, etc.)
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or raise a billing concern, please email us at tech.thelevelnext@gmail.com with:
Your full name and company name
Project or invoice reference
Reason for refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3–5 business days.
6. Final Decision
All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of The Level Next and shall be considered final.
